Lawrence A. “Buck” Johnson
December 30, 1936-March 11, 2026 Lawrence A. “Buck” Johnson, 89, of Higginsville, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Meyer Care Center. He was born Wednesday, December 30, 1936, in Higginsville to August Johnson and Goldie (Whittmeyer) Johnson. As a child, Buck attended a small rural schoolhouse on Jennings Road in Higginsville. He left school early to join the United States Air Force and later earned his GED while enlisted. Buck proudly served his country from 1955 to 1959.

Linda Gash Todsen
December 26, 1953-February 26, 2026 Linda Gash Todsen, a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, and faithful servant of God, passed peacefully into the arms of her Savior on February 26, 2026, at the age of 72, following heart failure. From Higginsville, Missouri, Linda carried her Heartland roots throughout her life.

Tommy Jarvis, 88, of Higginsville passed away peacefully at Meyer Care Center on March 3, 2026. He is survived by his wife, Bonnie (Jordan) Jarvis of the home; sons, Mark “Smoky' Jarvis, Mike and wife Vickie (Beaulieu) Jarvis of Higginsville, Mitch and wife Jill (Young) Jarvis of Shawnee, KS; six grandchildren, Brooke (Jarvis) Stark, Tyler Jarvis, Grady Jarvis; Rick Ganther; Zachary Jarvis, Lauren Jarvis; seven greatgrandchildren, Aidan, Blaine and Kendall; Jett; Knoxx, Brixtyn, and Brexleigh; one greatgreat- granddaughter, Adalynn. Tennessee nieces and nephews, Diane Malone, Tiffany Gower; Patty Page, Kim Freeman, Tamela Campbell, and Bobby Burdette. A graveside service with military honors was held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery.

Nancy Christine Ramsey, 51 of Lexington, Missouri passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at her home. Surviving are son, Cody Ramsey of Grain Valley, MO; two grandchildren, Drayce Clayton, Carson Clayton; one niece, Molly Ashley; one nephew, Brendon Ramsey; and an aunt, Nancy Ridenour.

Jacqueline Omlor (Bullock) Maxwell, 76, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2026, surrounded by family. She was born on August 31, 1949, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to John “Jack” and Dorothy Bullock (née Bliss). She spent most of her youth in northern Indiana, graduating from high school in Elkhart, Indiana.
