Minutemen drop final conference game to Carrollton
Carrollton pitcher Ryan Henry was definitely the star of the game, as he pitched a complete game shut out, and also drove in 4 runs in leading the Carrollton Trojans to a 10 to 0 win over the Lexington Minutemen last Wednesday at Indian Foothills Park in Marshall.

LHS track teams both win district championships
For the first time since 1989, both the Lexington Girls and Boys Track Teams won Team Championships at the Class 2 District Track Meet that was held last Saturday in Carrollton.

Minutemen earn huge upset win over St. Paul
It took 8 innings, but the Lexington Minutemen Baseball Team scored 4 runs in the top of the eighth, and pulled off a big 9 to 6 upset win over the St Paul Saints, in a game played last Wednesday at Indian Foothills Park in Marshall.
Lexington golfers compete in conference, district
The Lexington High School Golf Team ventured across the river, a week ago Monday, and competed in the MRVC Conference Golf Tournament, that was played at Shirkey Golf Course in Richmond.
Minutemen fall late to Lathrop on the road
A rough sixth inning did the Lexington Minutemen Baseball Team in, as the Lathrop Mules scored four runs in that frame, to break open a close game, and beat the Minutemen 8 to 3 a week ago Monday in Lathrop.

District baseball tournament begins on Friday
The Class 3 District 15 High School Baseball Tournament will kick off this coming Friday in Carrollton. There will be only one game on Friday, as the number 4 seeded Lexington Minutemen will face 5th seeded Brookfield at 5 pm.

Girls win MRVC East Conference track championship
The Lexington Minutemen Girls Track Team put it all together, and won MRVC East Conference Championship at the Conference Track Meet, that was held last Friday in Carrollton. For the Girls, Ellie Lichte won two individual events, while Addison Smith won an event, with the Relay team of Tessa Lovell, Hunter Adkins. Smith and Lichte also taking a first place.
Minutemen can’t get rolling on offense against Knob Noster
Lexington pitcher Trey Perez, pretty well held Knob Noster, one of the conference co-leaders in check for six innings, but the Minutemen could not really get anything going on offense, and they fell 6 to 0 to the Panthers last Wednesday, in a game at Lexington Community Park.
Lexington golfers tee it up twice last week
The Lexington Minutemen Boys Golf Team had a couple of matches last week as they competed in the Lawson Triangular Meet last Wednesday and then faced St Paul in a dual match last Friday.
Middle School track teams compete in MRVC Conference meet
The Lexington Middle School Girls and Boys Track Teams traveled to Carrollton this past Friday and competed in the MRVC East Middle School Conference Track Meet.
