James “Jim” Wrexford Garrison, Jr., 75, of Rayville, passed away Saturday, February 14, 2026, at his home. Jim was born on February 2, 1951, in Kansas City, the son of James Wrexford and Stella Don (Wilson) Garrison, Sr. He was united in marriage to Berlinda Joylene Bush of Independence on June 17, 1972; she survives of the home.

Visitation with funeral services was held on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at Pisgah Baptist Church in Excelsior Springs, with visitation that began at 2:00 P.M, with services to follow at 3:00 P.M. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Selby-Hall Cemetery, Linn Creek. Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond is in charge of arrangements.
