February 14, 1943-February 18, 2026 James “Jim” Monroe Evert, 83, of Richmond, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at-North Kansas City Hospital.

Jim was born on February 14, 1943, in Richmond, the son of Monroe “Monty” John and Huetta Wilma (Taylor) Evert. He was united in marriage to Deborah “Debbie” Ann Dunwoodie of Richmond on December 25, 2007; she survives of the home.
