The Lafayette County Soil & Water Conservation District Open House will take place Wednesday, March 4, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. with an open house and lunch.

The program will include Shelby Jenkins, MU Livestock Specialist and Luke Skinner, NRCS Soil Scientist, presenting the Rainfall Simulator. Winners of the SWCD 4th grade poster contest will also be recognized.

Lunch will be served by the SWCD board and present and past employees.

The open house is free and open to the public. Learn about conservation practices and cost-share opportunities available through the District.
