Shepherd’s Food Pantry February update
For the month of February, the Shepherd’s Food Pantry served 350 families from the Tri-County region of Lafayette, Carroll and Saline Counties. This was 1,169 precious people: 527 adults, 362 children, 279 seniors.

Coffee with Commissioners
Over the past month, Lafayette County Commissioners have been travelling around the county to visit with residents in a series of meetings called “Coffee with the Commission.” On Tuesday, March 3, they visited The Gas Spot in Alma and met with approximately 30 guests. Blackburn First Responders hold fundraiser
This past weekend, the Blackburn First Responders held a Taco Dinner fundraiser at the Blackburn American Legion Hall. In addition to a meal, the event included a gun raffle and a silent auction to help raise funds for equipment upgrades.
