Waverly Swim Club Piccadilly

On Saturday, March 7, the Waverly Swim Club held their 8th annual piccadilly fundraiser. This year the event was held at the Waverly Community Building with approximately 200 guests in attendance. The event included a meal catered by Holly Jenkins, 50/50 raffle, two liquor wagon raffles, and concluded with the piccadilly auction. This yearly event is the sole fundraiser that helps with overall expenses of the Waverly pool. Alma 4-H Club Easter fun

On Thursday night, March 5, members of the Alma 4-H Club met at the Alma Communication building to create an Easter craft. Younger kids made Easter buntings and older members made mini wreaths. Community Ministries of Waverly hosts Supper Out the last Tuesday of the month, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at various locations. Everyone is invited for eatin or carry-out of a home-cooked meal. Come as you are and enjoy the fellowship. Donations are accepted, but NOT required. Schedule is subject to change.
