Nancy Christine Ramsey, 51 of Lexington, Missouri passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at her home. Surviving are son, Cody Ramsey of Grain Valley, MO; two grandchildren, Drayce Clayton, Carson Clayton; one niece, Molly Ashley; one nephew, Brendon Ramsey; and an aunt, Nancy Ridenour.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Cynthia Combs; one son, Alex Ayers; and one sister, Amy Frick.

A Celebration of Life social was held from 2:00 – 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 8, 2026 at Stew art-Hoefer Funeral Home. She’ll be laid to rest in the Odessa Cemetery at a later date.
