Doris J. Pemberton, 83, of Hardin, passed away Monday, March 2, 2026, at Apple Ridge Care Center in Waverly.

Doris was born on February 5, 1943, in Liberty, the daughter of Archie M. and Pansy Irene (Bean) Templeton. She was united in marriage to Stephen N. Pemberton; he survives of the home. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, in New Hope Cemetery, Liberty. Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond is in charge of arrangements.
