Following are the minutes from the City of Corder Board of Aldermen regular Meeting held on

March 10, 2026 at 7:00 PM Present: Alderman Bauer, Alderman Linebach, Alderman Vanlanker, Mayor Doug Lorenz, Treasurer Donna Biesemeyer, and City Clerk Matt Limback. Absent was Alderman Chapman Visitors- No visitors Mayor Lorenz called the meeting to order at 7:00pm and led the pledge of allegiance to the flag.

Agenda Approval Mayor Lorenz called for a motion to approve the agenda. Motion was made by Alderman Linebach and seconded by Alderman Bauer to approve the agenda. Motion carried with a vote of 3-0. Voting yes: Aldermen Bauer, Linebach, and Vanlanker.

Consent Items Motion was made by Alderman Bauer and seconded by Alderman Linebach to approve the consent items as presented. Motion carried with a vote of 3-0. Voting yes: Aldermen Bauer, Linebach, and Vanlanker.

Committee Reports Community Building– Still awaiting roof repairs Library– No report Post Office- No report Street– The City of Corder will begin keeping a rock pile for incidental needs.

Sewer –Alderman Vanlanker will be reaching out to a contact regarding tree clearing at the South lagoon New Business Library Lease Renewal A letter from Trails Regional Library was read requesting an extension to the current lease agreement. Motion was made by Alderman Linebach and seconded by Alderman Vanlanker to accept the request and extend the current lease agreement. Motion carried with a vote of 3-0. Voting yes: Aldermen Bauer, Linebach, and Vanlanker.

Having no other open business, a motion was made by Alderman Linebach and seconded by Alderman Bauer to approve payment of bills. Motion carried with a vote of 3-0. Voting yes: Aldermen Bauer, Linebach, and Vanlanker.

April 2026 regular meeting was set for Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, at 7:00pm at the City Hall.

Motion was made by Alderman Linebach and seconded by Alderman Bauer to adjourn. Motion carried with a vote of 3-0. Voting yes: Aldermen Bauer, Linebach, and Vanlanker.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:34 pm.
