Kim Hall, of Concordia, was named the Higginsville Habilitation Center January 2026 Team Member of the Month.

Kim was nominated for this award for her vast knowledgeable and strong understanding of the individuals she supports on Group Home 4. She consistently takes the time to train new staff members, ensuring they feel confident and prepared working in the home. She is a dedicated and hardworking team member who stays productive throughout her entire shift. She takes the time to sit and engage with the individuals, building meaningful connections and ensuring their needs are met. She is knowledgeable about their schedules and routines, which helps the day run smoothly. She always comes to work with a positive attitude, helping to create a supportive and uplifting environment for both staff and individuals.
