Dennis Kevin Wozniak. age 79, of Higginsville, MO died on May 3. 2026 at Meyer Care Center. Dennis is survived by his double first cousin and primary care advocate Marie Wozniak Dittmer (Mark) and their children Joshua Dittmer, Jonathan Dittmer (Laura), James Dittmer (Jessica) and Jacob Dittmer and their families. Also surviving are 12 first cousins.

Visitation was on Monday, May 11, 2026 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Funeral mass followed with Father Justin Hoye officiating. Interment was in the St.

Mary’s Catholic Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to St.
