On May 19th, Nap-Well Homemakers Club met at the CCC in Wellington, with twelve members and one guest present.

Jeanette Niendick served as hostess for the evening. President Connie Siefker called the meeting to order, leading members in the Pledge of Allegiance.

An inspiring devotion was given by Linda Geiger. Roll call was answered by “Your Favorite Sea Creature”.

Shelly Nieweg presented an extremely informative and enjoyable program entitled “Under the Sea”. Shelly shared a video highlighting the beautiful sea creatures she has encountered over the years, completing over 100 dives. She demonstrated the equipment and safety measures necessary to complete these dives. Her presentation was enjoyed by all. Following a short business meeting, Geiger provided a word search on Amazing Sea Creatures. All participants were awarded with a bag of Goldfish crackers!

Mary Borgman was winner of the door prize, a patriotic themed red truck. Strawberry shortcake was served by our hostess. Our next meeting with be on June 16th at the CCC.

Club members brought bingo favors to be donated to Meyer Care Center in Higginsville.
