Inside John Knox Village East: On Sunday June 21st, we enjoyed area church services followed by a lunch of Oven Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Country Green Beans with Bacon & Onion, Beef Vegetable Soup, Salad Bar and Dessert.

We also kicked off the 1st day of Summer and celebrated Father’s Day with our bi-monthly Ice Cream Social. On Monday the 22nd, we extended our celebration of Summer with a Summertime Lemonade Party. We also held our Women’s Coffee in the Gathering Room. On Tuesday the 23rd, we hosted an informational presentation from the Missouri Veteran’s Commission providing an overview of resources available for veterans who were exposed to agent orange. We also had Craft Time and Card Club in the Gathering Room. On Wednesday the 24th, we hosted a Gilligan’s Island Party where folks came dressed as their favorite castaway. On Thursday the 25th, we played Card Bingo and Dirty Board. We also enjoyed Happy Hour in the Gathering Room. On Friday the 26th, we hosted Movie Day with Popcorn and Drinks. We also had Donuts and Coffee in the Gathering Room.
