Patricia Ann Downs, 71, of Sedalia, formerly of Richmond, passed away Wednesday, July 1,2026, at the Four Seasons Living Center in Sedalia.

Patricia was born on October 28,1954, in Missouri, the daughter of Lee Roy and Sarah (Summers) Rowland. She was united in marriage to James M. Downs of Orrick in 1986; he survives of the home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, July 8,2026, at Thurman Funeral Home in Richmond. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 7,2026, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Richmond Memory Gardens.
