Carrollton, Pioneer Seeds, and several trucking companies in the Higginsville area. He moved to Higginsville in the 1980’s.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, August 7th at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the Missouri Veterans Home in Warrensburg.

Condolences may be left for the family at www. kaiserwiegers.com Robert Carl Ritzinger, 88 of Carrollton, formerly of Higginsville, died on July 26, 2026 at the Life Care Center in Carrollton.

He was born on June 14, 1938, in Carrollton, to Francis and Mary (Mitchell) Ritzinger. He grew up in Carrollton and shortly after graduation he enlisted in the US Navy for 4 years.

Robert had been employed as a truck driver for Green Quarries of
