Waverly Troop 243 holds Eagle Court of Honor ceremony
On Sunday, Aug. 16, at the United Methodist Church in Waverly, Scout Troop 243 held an Eagle Court of Honor to award Cy Matthew, Joel Long, and Kale Dierker the rank of Eagle Scout. This is the highest rank a Boy Scout can achieve.
