Elaine Sailor, 97, of Marshall, died on Thursday, Aug. 13, 2026, at The Living Center in Marshall.

Born on March 3, 1929, in Linwood, Kan., she was the daughter of the late Glenn C. Oliver and Leona Shirk Oliver.

On May 20,1982, she married Henry I. “Bud” Sailor who preceded her in death on June 30, 1999.

She lived in Malta Bend since 1982 moving from Kansas City where she worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. Elaine was a member of the Malta Bend United Methodist Church.

Survivors are her stepbrother, Chuck Williams, and step nephew, Charlie Williams both of Sedalia.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two brothers.
