Donald Wyatt Horine, 49, of Carrollton, entered eternal rest on Aug. 23, 2026.

He was born on Dec. 8, 1976 in Waverly to Donald and Sandra Horine.

After graduating Carrollton High School, Wyatt attended State Fair Community College obtaining his associates degree in Ag Management. He then went to work for Bartlett Grain Company, where he worked for many years. In the last few years, Wyatt had joined the family farming operation working alongside his dad.

Wyatt is survived by his children, Saige and Nate Horine of Carrollton; his mother, Sandra Horine of Carrollton; his sisters, Carla (Jeremy) Hardwick of Bogard and Melissa (Justin) Bode of Leavenworth, Kan.; and many extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Horine, and grandparents: Leonard and Jolette Stroud and Kenneth and Dorothy Horine.

Services will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 8, from 6-8 p.m. at Bittiker Funeral Home, Carrollton. Memorial contributions can be made to Sandy Horine for Saige and Nate’s college fund.
