Irvin Dewayne ‘DJ’ Fields Jr., 42, of Higginsville, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at Lafayette Regional Health Center in Lexington, Missouri.

Surviving are his sons, Peyten Fields of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, Rylan Fields of Buckner, Missouri, and D’Andre Cahill of Higginsville; three brothers, Cavan Fairbrass (Krystal McGowin), Zachary Fields (Mariah Elmore), and Colby Fields; three sisters, Amber Fairbrass, Brooke Fairbrass (Robert Koenig), and Kelsey Fields; many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
