Higginsville, MO, April 27th, 2026 Inside John Knox Village East: On Sunday the 26th of April, we enjoyed area church services as well as services on site followed by a lunch of Oven Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Country Green Beans, Beef Vegetable Soup, Salad Bar and Dessert. In the evening, we held our Vesper’s Service led by Pastor Liz Lindsey of the First Presbyterian Church. On Monday the 27th, we had Exercise Class and played Bridge. On Tuesday the 28th, we enjoyed Birthday Treats. We also enjoyed a program by Care Connection on their Five Wishes Initiative. We also enjoyed Bible Study, Drinks and Conversation and Card Club in the Gathering Room. On Wednesday the 29th, we let our artistic side out with a Paint and Pour event with Kendra. On Thursday the 30th, we played Dirty Board and Cards and got our Nails done in the Gathering Room. On Friday the 1st, we played Dominoes and our Movie Club met. Betty Upton celebrated her birthday this week.
