Golf team swings into action for exciting season

As the spring golf season approaches, there is a lot of excitement surrounding our program. We are still a young team with 8 of our 11 players being underclassmen, but this group has shown a lot of growth and potential heading into the season. Our youth is something we are embracing. The players have put in time during the offseason to improve, and it is starting to show. We are seeing more confidence, better decision making on the course, and a stronger understanding of how to compete.
We return three letter winners in Luke Miller, Wyatt Potter, and Jace Taylor. Their experience will be important for us this year. They have continued to work on their games and will help lead our team. They understand what is expected and are doing a good job setting the tone for the team. Our goal this season is to compete in every match and tournament. We know there will be challenges, but this group has the ability to be competitive. They work hard, listen, and are focused on getting better each day.
I am excited about where this program is headed. This group has a chance to be successful this season and continue to build for the future. If we stay focused and keep improving, we will put ourselves in a good position. We are looking forward to getting the season started and seeing what this team can do.
