The Cannon Ball Car Show — always one of the more popular events during the Lexington Community Fair — will kick off the 2026 edition of the fair on Saturday, Aug. 15 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Main Street. The show is hosted by the Lexington Area Chamber of Commerce.

The show is open to all classic and custom cars, trucks and motorcycles. Once again, a huge lineup of vehicles is expected for one of the area’s premier car shows.

The first 200 vehicles will receive dash plaques.

Registration is from 8-10 a.m.; there is a $20 entry fee. $5 from every entry fee will be donated to the Lafayette County Veterans Memorial Project.
