The Lafayette County Democratic Central Committee and Club will meet on Sunday, May 17 at 5:30 p.m. at Las Carreta Mexican Restaurant, 2009 Main St., Higginsville.

Note the change of venue. This working meeting will include preparing a postcard mailing about voter registration and election dates.

We will also be working on our upcoming events including a June 14 debate in Odessa for the U.S. Congressional District Democratic Primary Candidates.

Discussion will include the Club’s presence and involvement in Lafayette County Fairs and Festivals this summer and fall and our annual Pie Auction fundraiser on August 29.
