Kathi Skelton, Lafayette-Lexington Chapter DAR

Sauté:

8 oz. can mushrooms

2 Tablespoons oregano ¼ lb. oleo Pour into casserole. Sauté: ¼ lb. oleo

2 large onions, chopped

2 c. raw rice, not Minute Rice Pour into same casserole. Add two cans consommé and 2 cans water. Bake at

350⁰ for 60 minutes. Serves 8 to 12. Quote:
