Joyce F. Bonjour. 97, formerly of Lexington. Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, March 31. 2026 at the Onaga Health and Rehabilitation Center.

She was bom July 26, 1928 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Randall and Gertrude Doyle McDonnell. She graduated from Lillis High School in Kansas City, MO and from Mesa College in Grand Junction Colorado. She was a medical transcriptionist at several different hospitals.

Joyce was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and was a champion bowler, belonging to several bowling associations. She was also an accomplished bridge player and had been a Den Mother with the Cub Scouts.

She lived in Onaga from 1975 to 2018 and was married to Lawrence Bonjour.

Survivors include three sons. Patrick Berry. Lexington, MO, Edward Berry. Onaga and Jeffery Berry, Kansas City, MO. two grandchildren, Derek and Shawna, and five great grandchildren, Owen. Jax. Paige, Katelyn and Adelyn.

No services are planned. Private inurnment will be at a later date.
