January 3, 1953 – May 12, 2026 Eric “Ricky” Joseph Selle, 73, of Independence, died on May 12, 2026.

He was born January 3, 1953 in Kansas City, MO, to Frederick and Wanda (Reese) Selle. He lived in the KC, Sugar Creek, and Independence area most of his life Eric worked for Peppers Hot tub and spa and for Percy Kent Bag Co. He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, swimming and following the Chiefs. He was a member of the DAV. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20 th at 12:30 pm at Kaiser ~Wiegers Funeral Home.
