Kenneth Eugene Norris, 94, of Richmond, passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at Oak Ridge Assisted Living in Richmond.

Visitation with funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 9, 2026, at Thurman Funeral Home in\ Richmond, with visitation beginning at 2:00 P.M., with services to follow at 3:00 P.M.
