Ray-Carroll County Grain Growers started a scholarship fund in 1981. This year the cooperative awarded 20 scholarships totaling $20,000 for the 20252026 graduating year.

Each spring scholarships are awarded to outstanding seniors who are children of a member of the cooperative or members themselves. Seniors must be attending a college or university in Missouri and live in an area of company operation. From the beginning, 646 scholarship awards have been given totaling $558,050.00.

Ray-Carroll County Grain Growers Scholarship Recipients for Santa Fe High School is Brilee Dierking. Dierking, daughter of Timothy and Misty Dierking of Malta Bend, plans to pursue a degree in Agronomy at State Fair Community College.
