Santa Fe loaded up the bus and went over the Big Muddy to Carrollton for the annual Bruce Finlayson Invitational Track Meet on 4-24-26.

Top three placers for the girls were: Brooke Summers 3rd in the 200m and 400m, Mia Lark 1st in the 300m Hurdles, the 4×400 relay team taking 3rd, and Mae Vandiver taking 2nd in the Long Jump.

Boys placing third or better were: Wyatt Doak, taking 1st place in the High Jump, and Koewen Dierker 2nd in the Discus.

The Norborne Pirate Invite, scheduled for April 27 in Carrollton, was cancelled due to heavy rains.

The team is now getting ready for post-season action soon as well as the Conference meet at Crest Ridge.
