On Sunday, May 3, the Santa Fe Agri-Leaders had a small window in between recent rains to get their corn test plot planted. This season there will be 13 companies represented, with 36 seed varieties. The test plots are supported by local seed dealers and allow the Agri-Leaders to provide scholarships for Lafayette County seniors each year.
