The dates of the Lexington Community Fair have changed to Aug. 15-22, according to Fair Board member Deb Bagley.

The fair was originally slated to run Aug. 22-29, but a scheduling error by the Jones & Company Carnival made it necessary to switch the dates to Aug. 15-22, said Bagley.

The 2026 edition of the fair will kick off with the Car Show on Saturday, Aug. 15. Events will run all week culminating in the final day of the fair Aug. 22, which will include the annual parade along with a host of other events.
