Season statistics for Middle School basketball girls
The Lexington Middle School Girls Basketball Team wrapped up the 2025-26 season with a 6-11 overall record, but they played very well down the stretch, as they compiled a record of 5-4 for the month of January, and they placed third in the MRVC East Conference Tournament.

MRVC East announces boys All Conference wrestlers
The MRVC East Conference recently released the names of the Boys Wrestlers, who earned recognition as members of the All Conference Team. The Lexington Minutemen did not have any Wrestlers who were named to the ‘First Team, but Wyatt Sander, Hunter Meyer, Braxton Emerson, Noah Ellison, and Jesse Dunkle were all selected for the Second Team. Additionally, Minutemen Evan Fox, Ayden Harned, Johnnie Staus and Mason Bergsieker, all received Honorable Mention designation. Following is a complete listing of those who earned All Conference recognition: FIRST TEAM: Hunter Wilson (Richmond); Grayson Johnson (Carrollton); Latimer Cavanah (Richmond); Brady Hyder (Richmond); Xavier Myers (Higginsville); Marcus Braman (Knob Noster); Ryan Sharp (Richmond); Corbin Kelly (Carrollton); Madix Hutchings (Richmond); Braxton Moser (Carrollton); Mack Misenhelter (Richmond); Paxton Horst (Carrollton); Hudson Gregg (Holden); John Jones (Knob Noster).
Missouri Tigers earn spot in the Big Dance
The Missouri Tigers Men’s Basketball Team, that has lived on pins and needles for the past couple of weeks, found out late last Sunday afternoon, that they had earned a spot in the NCAA March Madness Basketball Tournament, that will begin tomorrow (Thursday) in numerous locations.
MRVC East names girls All Conference wrestlers
This past week the MRVC East Conference released the names of the Girl Wrestlers on the All Conference Wrestling Team for this past season. Senior Elizabeth (Izzy) Hager and Juniors, Mireya Gonzalez and Lainie Schumacher, of the undefeated Conference Champion Lexington team, were all named to the First Team, while their teammates, Amanda Rodekohr, Tenley Goetz, and Kaylyn Sander were all members of the Second Team. Minutewomen Elizabeth Rodekohr, Chloe Bennett and Trinity Adair all received Honorable Mention recognition.
