The Show Me Green Sales Tax Holiday returns this spring giving Missourian’s the opportunity to save money on select purchases while stimulating economic activity in the state.

Supper Out
Community Ministries of Waverly hosts Supper Out the last Tuesday of the month, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at various locations. Everyone is invited for eat-in or carry-out of a home-cooked meal. Come as you are and enjoy the fellowship. Donations are accepted, but NOT required. Schedule is subject to change.

The Lafayette County Democratic Central Committee and Club will convene on Sunday, April 12 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Fairground Park Administration Building (801 West 29th Street, Higginsville).

The Marshall Philharmonic Orchestra will present its season finale on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. in the Harold L. Lickey Auditorium at Bueker Middle School, under the direction of Kevin L. Lines, conductor; Jordan Summers, Associate Conductor; and Steve Litwiller, Assistant Conductor.
