Scott Wadell recently retired from the Higginsville Habilitation Center. Before he left his coworkers honored him with many kind words stating that Scott was a great mentor and always went above and beyond for his individuals. We are going to miss you Scott!

Chamber Ambassadors Welcome

On Feb. 10th Children’s Mercy Hospital sponsored Youth Night and the Teddy Bear Toss at Laf. Co C-1. During halftime at the Higginsvile vs. Lexington basketball game, fans were invited to toss teddy bears or stuffed animals onto the court. All donated items were collected and donated to Children’s Mercy Hospital in KC.
