Higginsville Parks and Recreation Update

Things have really been hopping at the park, youth soccer has been in full bloom, with well over 200 kids participating in our prek-9th grade divsions. Over 23 different teams! Let’s all thank the refs, the field supervisors, the volunteer coaches, the grounds crew, and so many more that support this and other youth sports programs to make this happen. For a town our size, we have one of the largest youth sports programs around, not just in soccer, also in youth T-ball, Coach Pitch 8U baseball and Softball, and Little League. Please drive by the park on game night and see all the kids and families at the respective fields.
